Since 1972 in New Orleans, Louisiana, the Popeyes fried chicken restaurant chain has become the second most popular quick service chicken restaurant chain, right after Kentucky Fried Chicken. With over 3,000 locations in over 40 US states and 30 countries around the world, this fried chicken is loved by all.
Given the popularity of this restaurant chain, a new branch in British Columbia was built. Our partner Phoenix Fire was therefore responsible for installing the fire alarm system for the new restaurant located at 46325 Yale Street in Chilliwack. Having never had the chance to work with Maple Armor products, the electrician responsible for this project was impatient to see for himself their efficiency and robustness.
The installed system includes the FW106S single loop control panel as well as the FW122 compact annunciator. Additionally, it contains the FW511 smoke detector, the FW721 hand station, and the FW962 horns/strobes. The system also required the FW811 input module, the FW831 relay module, and the FW851 isolator module.
The installation was completed in just one day by two Phoenix Fire technicians. Thanks to the user-friendliness of Maple Armor products, everything went according to plan. They even met the deadlines they had set for themselves. Maple Armor is proud to have participated in the construction of this new Popeyes branch and hopes to be there for many more!
