The fire alarm system at Vivacité Beauharnois features an advanced setup that includes three interconnected Maple Armor FireWatcher FW106 control panels. Serving as the central command and control hub, this system is strategically installed on the first floor within a one-hour fire-rated partition, ensuring optimal fire detection and safety measures are implemented throughout the residential building. To enhance safety and communication, two annunciators are located at the main entrance. One of these units is equipped with a sequential LCD display, providing clear visual alerts, while the other includes LED control buttons that facilitate the management of auxiliary functions associated with the fire alarm system. In terms of individual safety, each bedroom is fitted with a dedicated horn, and the common areas are equipped with high-visibility horn/strobe to ensure that alarms are noticeable even in noisy environments.
